Finance and Tax Library Guide: Journals

Guide for library resources for UCT Finance students

Print Journals

Individual journal titles in print format may be found using the library catalogue (ALEPH). Click here for information on how to find a specific journal.

To access ALEPH click on the Catalogue (ALEPH) tab on the top menu bar of our homepage.

How to find Online Journals on the UCT Libraries' webpage

For electronic journal titles go to the Journal Portal on the top menu bar on our homepage and choose Search & Find, then e-Journals.

Search for a title using the "Find e-Journal" option using the exact title or keywords from the title.

How to use UCT Libraries' off campus login

Electronic journals and databases can be accessed off campus using EZProxy. The link can also be found on the Libraries web page.

Log in to EZProxy using your student ID and Novell password.

Once logged in you will be taken to the main UCT Libraries web page and from there can access our electronic resources.

Remember ...

UCT Libraries subscribes to a large number of print and/or electronic journals relevant to Finance.

Remember that Aleph and the Electronic Journals page tell you which journals and books we have access to, but they don't tell you which articles or chapters appear in them. For that you use indexes and databases.
