African countries usually make their legislation available on government websites. The African Legal Information Institute (africanlii) contains links to these websites, as well as links to other legal information institutes from specific African countries (such as the Southern African Legal Information Institute).
All the legal information institutes use a similar website and database layout, so you can apply the same search principles.
