HANDLING OF DOCUMENTS

  • Do not bring food or drink into L22.
  • Documents must be handled with great care.
  • Pencils, and not pens, must be used for note-taking.
  • Keep documents flat on the table.
  • Do not hold documents while reading them, remove them from folders, or change the order in which they are arranged.

PHOTOCOPIES/SCANNING/DIGITISATION/PHOTOGRAPHS

  • Photocopying and scanning are not permitted.
  • Prior permission must be requested for the use of digital cameras. We retain the right to refuse permission. The use of the flash is not permitted, because of potential damage to materials. We will require copies of any material that is digitally photographed.
  • Cameras must utilise the ambient light (no flash permitted). Tripods may be used if they do not take up excessive space.
