You will need to register as a user and each time you visit this database, you should login first to ensure access to the many full-text books and journals that are available. As a registered user, you can apply for remote access and download the application onto a mobile device. This will give you 180 days of remote access which can be extended for another 180 days by signing into ClinicalKey while on campus.

It contains a wealth of information, from historical background to treatment recommendations.
