Return to an address of The Honourable the House of Commons, dated 1 March, 1864 for "Copy of a Despatch from the Governor of Mauritius to the Secretary of State for the Colonies, covering a Memorial from the Chambers of Agriculture and Commerce at the Mauritius on the subject of the Sugar Duties."
