Accessing eBooks from Snapplify platform
Snapplify is local e-textbook platform that serves the education sector here in South Africa and worldwide. Currently UCT Libraries is purchasing eBooks from the platform to accommodate the short loan need.
In order to access purchased eBooks, you would need to create a Snapplify account using your UCT credentials and you would need to have Snapplify eBook reader installed in your computer. To create an account and be able to use the platform, follow the steps below.
UCT’s version of Snapplify enables you to borrow eBooks for 24 hrs. Unless multiple copies are purchased, by default an eBook is accessed by a single user at a time.
